Five bucket-wheel and bucket-chain excavators, up to 130m long and 30m high, watch over <strong>FULL FORCE Island</strong> at Gremminer See, the gnarliest peninsula you&#39;ve ever seen! These impressive monuments of industrial history give the <strong>FULL FORCE Festival</strong> its outstanding atmosphere, which will remain in the memory of all visitors.</p>

With several bathing beaches on the festival grounds, Ferropolis offers a unique festival setting that is second to none. <p style="text-align:justify">Ferropolis is centrally located between Berlin and Leipzig, about 20km away from Dessau in Saxony-Anhalt. The peninsula is easily accessible via Gr&auml;fenhainichen train station by train from Berlin via Lutherstadt Wittenberg or directly from Leipzig. From Gr&auml;fenhainichen, shuttle buses run at regular intervals to Ferropolis.</p>

<p>We would like to welcome you to the FULL FORCE 2022! The &lsquo;Barrierefreies Festival&rsquo; &ndash; a project of KulTh e.V. &ndash; is available for you at any time and will gladly support you also&nbsp;<a href="mailto:info@kulth-ev.de">in advance by e-mail.</a></p>

<p>For your festival visit you need a regular festival ticket.&nbsp;There are no special tickets for visitors with disabilities.</p>

<p>If you have a severely disabled person&rsquo;s pass with the note B, you can take an accompanying person with you free of charge. An extra ticket for the accompanying person is not necessary. However, the accompanying person must be registered in advance via&nbsp;<a href="mailto:info@kulth-ev.de">info@kulth-ev.de</a>&nbsp;so he or she receives a free guest list ticket.&nbsp;Once the&nbsp;guest list ticket is&nbsp;received,&nbsp;your companion&nbsp;must then&nbsp;activate&nbsp;it&nbsp;in order to&nbsp;gain access to the festival.</p>

<p>For this you must check in together at the guest list!</p>

<p>At the Full Force&nbsp;you can expect, among other things, a separate campsite, which is located in the immediate proximity of the festival grounds and is easy to reach by car. The toilets and showers are also close by.&nbsp;</p>

<p>There will be a barrier-free check-in, barrier-free toilets and platforms in front of&nbsp;the main stage. You will get on-site&nbsp;support from the team &ldquo;Barrierefreies&nbsp;Festival&nbsp;e.V.&ldquo;</p>

<p>We are happy to announce that FULL FORCE 2023 will be <em>cashless</em>. This means that on-site payments with cash or credit cards are not possible. At the entrance you exchange your ticket for a festival wristband that contains an RFID chip. This serves as your digital wallet for the duration of the event.</p>

<p>You can load money onto your chip both before and during the event and then pay quickly and conveniently on the festival site. So you not only have an uncomplicated and convenient payment option, but also always an overview of all your transactions and expenses.</p>

<p>After the festival, you can claim your remaining balance online.</p>

<p>However, we recommend that you set up a cashless account on our website before the event. It&#39;s easy, convenient and free, and allows you to top up your balance in advance.</p>

<h2>Why Cashless?</h2>

<p>There are numerous advantages to a digital payment system:</p>

<p>Because cashless payments are accepted throughout the festival site, it is quicker and easier to settle accounts at the bars and stands &ndash; this results in fewer waiting times. In addition, you always have enough money with you, very practical on your wrist!</p>

<p>Other advantages are:</p>

<ul>
	<li>no cash or debit cards to lose while partying. The RFID chip is permanently attached to the bracelet;</li>
	<li>Shorter waiting times thanks to faster billing at bars and food stands;</li>
	<li>Topping up credit is simple and secure;</li>
	<li>we prevent theft and fraud;</li>
	<li>if you have a cashless account, we can transfer money to a new chip if your old chip is lost or damaged. If you lose your wallet at a cash event, your money is either gone or you have to hope for an honest finder. That doesn&#39;t happen at our festival!</li>
	<li>all purchase and top-up receipts are available online</li>
	<li>we believe in transparency - everything is easy to understand at any time;</li>
	<li>a digital system is simply a must in 2023!</li>

<h2>What are the fees and deadlines?</h2>

<p>We have certainly prepared such an overview for you:</p>

<ul>
	<li>You can top up online from 05/26/2023</li>
	<li>The refund period for your remaining credit begins on 06/28/2023 - 6:00 p.m.</li>
	<li>You have until 07/28/2023 - 6:00 p.m. to claim your money back.</li>
</ul>

<p>Some transactions have a small fee. This fee covers staff costs, transaction fees, helpdesk, online support and logistics.</p>

<ul>
	<li>Top up your cashless account online: Free</li>
	<li>Top up with a debit/credit card at an on-site self-service terminal: a one-off amount of 1,50&euro; is due.</li>
	<li>Refund: a one-off amount of 0.50&euro;; with a minimum balance of 1.00&euro; will be charged.</li>

<h2>Is cash still used?</h2>

<p>Cash and other forms of payment (debit and credit cards) will not be accepted throughout the festival. The cashless system or the RFID chip on your festival wristband is used exclusively for payment. You can use it to pay at any bar, food truck or other point of sale.</p>

<p><strong>In addition, it will NOT be possible to top up your chip with cash on site!</strong></p>

<p>You can use this account to top up your credit, check your expenses and transactions and have any remaining credit paid out to you after the event.</p>

<h2>I need help or have a question that isn&#39;t covered here. Who can I contact before, during and after the event?</h2>

<p>We have our own crew who have a lot of experience with cashless systems and can answer all your questions.</p>

<p>We have our own helpdesk at the event where you can get qualified help so you can start partying straight away. The opening hours are at the Help Desk.</p>

<h2>Charge</h2>

<p>The RFID chip on your wristband serves as a digital wallet that you can use to pay at the event. You can charge it with money in different ways. Please note: the chip is the only means of payment at the festival!</p>

<h3><span style="color:black">What are the options for loading money?</span></h3>

<p>You have various options for loading money onto your cashless account and your chip:</p>

<p>- Before the event, online</p>

<p>Set up your cashless account in advance. This is the most convenient, easiest and of course free option!<span style="color:#e74c3c"> </span><a href="https://full-force.de/en/info/cashless#1">Here is the link!</a></p>

<p>All you need is the barcode number of your ticket. Then you simply select the amount you want to top up and pay. Upon arrival at the festival, after your ticket has been scanned, you will receive a festival wristband with an RFID chip. You can then start partying straight away without having to queue at a top-up station!</p>

<p>- During the event</p>

<p>If you haven&#39;t registered an online account yet, that&#39;s no problem: After scanning your ticket at the entrance, you&#39;ll receive the festival wristband with a chip. You can top up this at one of the many top-up stations on site. On-site charging may incur additional charges. We will inform you about this before the charging process.</p>

<p>- During the event, online</p>

<p>We have another great feature for you. A QR code is printed on your chip. You can scan this with your cell phone and it will take you to a payment page. There you enter the amount and the desired payment method, and voil&agrave;! Your chip has been topped up with new credit. You don&#39;t have to queue at a top-up station, but your mobile phone must be connected to the Internet.</p>

<p>You are not required to register your RFID chip online, but we strongly encourage you to do so! This is also very important in case you lose your festival wristband or want a refund of any unspent money after the event.</p>

<h3><span style="color:black">What is the minimum amount I need to top up and what is the maximum amount I can top up?</span></h3>

<p>You are not obliged to load money onto your chip. This does not affect access to the event. You can load <strong>a maximum of EUR 250.00</strong> onto your bracelet.</p>

<h3><span style="color:black">Which payment methods can I use to top up?</span></h3>

<p>We accept Visa, Master, Debit cards. You can use the self-service stations or your festival account on site.</p>

<h2>Refund</h2>

<h3><span style="color:black">How does the refund process work?</span></h3>

<p>We will make it possible to refund the remaining credit via your cashless account shortly after the festival. Please note the applicable <a href="http://full-force.de/en/info/cashless#4">deadlines and fees</a>.</p>

<p>It is important that you keep the chip until you receive your refund.</p>

<p>How it works:</p>

<p>1. After the event you will receive an e-mail that the refund of remaining credit has now been approved.<br />
2. Log in to your cashless account. By clicking on the &quot;Withdraw&quot; button; under the item &quot;Transactions&quot; you can have the remaining credit refunded.<br />
3. After that it takes about 2 weeks until you have the money back.</p>

<h3><span style="color:black">How long will it take to get a refund?</span></h3>

<p>We process all requests promptly and aim to process refunds within two weeks.<br />

<h2>During the festival</h2>

<h3><span style="color:black">Where can I get my festival RFID wristband with chip?</span></h3>

<p>Once you reach the festival, you must visit one of our wristband exchange stations and show your Dice ticket.<br />
Then you will receive your bracelet including your already activated RFID chip.</p>

<p>If you have already loaded money onto your bracelet, it will be available immediately and you can start partying right away.</p>

<h3><span style="color:black">What happens if I lose my bracelet or my chip stops working during the festival?</span></h3>

<p>If you have a problem with your chip, please go to the Cashless Help Desk as soon as possible. Our team will help you competently.</p>

<p>If you already have a cashless account, you can simply block the old chip and have your credit transferred to a new chip.</p>

<p>If you have not yet registered online, you will need your festival ticket so that the crew at the help desk can find you in the system.</p>

<h3><span style="color:black">How can I check my balance and transactions at the event?</span></h3>

<p>You can check your balance at any bar or food stand once you&#39;ve made a purchase. If you have registered a cashless account, you can check your account balance at any time via your mobile phone. Of course you can also check your credit at any time at the Top-Up stations.</p>

<p>You can also check your transactions at the Cashless Help Desk. Please only go there if you have problems, otherwise use one of the other options.</p>

<h3><span style="color:black">What should I do if there is a wrong booking or a problem at the bar or food stand?</span></h3>

<p>If there is a booking problem or something has been incorrectly billed, please contact the supervisor of the stand in question. They can help you and correct the error.</p>

<p>Every use of the chip and thus every charge or purchase is recorded electronically. Therefore you are not completely anonymous. But you don&rsquo;t need to worry about your personal data: the information on your cashless account will of course remain private!</p>

<p>No, the chips do not contain a GPS tracking system. It&#39;s just a payment system!</p>

<p>Log in to your <a href="https://login.full-force.de/" target="_blank">festival account</a>&nbsp;from 2022, go to &quot;Transactions&quot; and follow the steps to get a refund from there. Your remaining credit from last year cannot be used again.</p>

<h2>TICKET PURCHASE</h2>

<strong>DICE is the official ticketing partner of the FULL FORCE Festival!</strong></p>

<p>You can find the DICE App in the <a href="https://link.dice.fm/full-force-2023">App Store</a> or on <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=fm.dice">Google Play</a>. When you download it and log in, you will find your ticket in the app.</p>

<p>After the purchase you will receive an email and your ticket will be saved in the DICE app to prevent illegal resale.</p>

<p>You can access your ticket for the <strong>FULL FORCE</strong> in the DICE app at any time after purchase.</p>

<p>Please download the DICE app no later than the day of the first day of the festival, as tickets will be stored in the app. Emails, printed tickets (screenshots) or other files will not be accepted at the entrance!</p>

<h2>TICKET PURCHASE VIA THIRD PARTIES/TICKET BLACK MARKET</h2>

<p>Do not buy tickets via other resale platforms under any circumstances. Only tickets purchased directly via DICE are valid.</p>

<h2>TICKET CATEGORIES</h2>

<p>On the <strong>FULL FORCE</strong> there are different ticket types and categories. In order to get an overview of which ticket is the right one for you, you will find the respective ticket descriptions in the following points.<br />
Weekend Tickets</p>

<p>With the Weekend Ticket you get access to the camping site and the festival area.<br />
If you arrive with a car and want to camp next to it, you have to buy an additional Car Camping Ticket.</p>

<p>The Weekend Ticket [4 Friends] is also the same as described here, but it gives you and your friends an additional price advantage.</p>

<p>If you want to use the water toilets, the fixed showers or the festival shuttle at the <strong>FULL FORCE</strong>, you need a Sani- and/or Shuttle-Flat. More information will follow soon!<br />
VIP Tickets</p>

<p>With the VIP ticket you get access to the camping site and the festival area. Additionally the following services are included in the VIP tickets:</p>

<h2>Car Camping</h2>

<p>At the <strong>FULL FORCE</strong> we offer you different possibilities to accommodate your vehicle on the campsite as a weekend guest. From Car Camping to Car Camping Blue Camp to Caravan Camping you will find the right possibility to park your vehicle.</p>

<p>IMPORTANT: The Car Camping tickets are per vehicle and NOT per person!</p>

<h2>Glamping</h2>

<p>For those who like it a bit more comfortable, the <strong>FULL FORCE</strong> <strong>Valley</strong> opens its gates again this year!</p>

<p>From inviting tents and cabins to 24h reception and included parking, the festival experience almost becomes a star vacation experience!</p>

<h2>Green Force - The Green Euro</h2>

<p>When you buy your festival ticket you will encounter it - the &quot;Green Euro&quot;. It is already integrated in the price of your ticket: 1 Euro of it is earmarked for sustainability measures and the <strong>FULL FORCE</strong> crew doubles this Euro again.</p>

<p><strong>TICKET FORWARDING, RETURN AND TICKET SHARING WITH FRIENDS</strong></p>

<p>Here you will find information on whether you can return your ticket or share it with friends!</p>

<h2>CAN I FORWARD MY TICKET?</h2>

<p>Yes, this is possible. If you have purchased a ticket and see it in the DICE app, you can forward the ticket by mail or hand number.</p>

	<li>Open the DICE app, tap the tickets icon at the bottom of the screen and click on the relevant event.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Press&nbsp;<strong>Send to a friend</strong>.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Add your friend&rsquo;s mobile number from your phone&rsquo;s contact list.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Choose the number of tickets you would like to send.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Once you&rsquo;re ready, hit&nbsp;<strong>Send tickets</strong>&nbsp;and the tickets will land in your friend&rsquo;s account.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Since tickets can only be sent between DICE accounts, ask your friend to create one if they&rsquo;re not registered yet.&nbsp;</li>

<h2>CAN I RETURN MY TICKET?</h2>

<p>Tickets are generally not returnable.</p>

<h2>CAN I SHARE A TICKET WITH FRIENDS? ONE COMES ON SATURDAY, ONE ON SUNDAY?</h2>

<p>No, this is not possible. Each ticket is valid for one person only and cannot be shared with others.</p>

<p>If you arrive by car, camping bus, camper van or motorcycle, you need a separate Car Camping Ticket (except VIP Weekend Ticket, where Car/Caravan Camping is already included).<br />
With this ticket you can park on our campgrounds and pitch your tent close to your vehicle.<br />
Camping is generally only possible for weekend ticket holders.<br />

<p>CAMPING AT THE VEHICLE</p>

<p>With the purchase of a Car/Caravan Camping Ticket it is possible to park your vehicle during the festival on the designated camping areas near your tent.</p>

<p>The respective Car Camping Ticket must be exchanged for a vignette when entering the area. The Weekend Ticket is not included in the price.</p>

<p>(Emergency) generators are allowed on the campsites. A maximum of 1x 5l canister of fuel may be carried per vehicle!</p>

<p>Exact information about the permissible total weight (F.1) and the vehicle length(18) can be found in the registration certificate part 1.</p>

<p><strong>IMPORTANT: Regarding the permissible total weight and the vehicle length, only the data from the vehicle registration certificate are decisive!</strong></p>

<h2>(EMERGENCY) POWER GENERATORS</h2>

<p>Emergency generators are allowed on the campsites. Per vehicle a maximum of 1x 5l-canister of fuel is allowed!</p>

<p>When using (emergency) generators, please make sure that the exhaust pipes are directed to the paths and not to your tent or to crowds of people. Our stewards on site will also point this out to you and may take action to ensure that this is enforced.</p>

<p>Please also make sure that quiet times are respected and that the noise of your aggregates does not disturb the other festival visitors.</p>

<h2>CAR CAMPING BLUE CAMP</h2>

<p>Car Camping Blue park tickets allow access to Blue Camp with a motorcycle or motor vehicle up to a maximum of 2.8 tons gross vehicle weight. It should also be noted that a length of 5.5 m is not exceeded. The parking spaces on the Blue Camp are strictly limited and therefore the offer is valid while stocks last. Our instruction staff will be on site to ensure that space is utilized to the best of their ability.</p>

<p>Not permitted: Trailers, caravans, coaches, trucks. - Caravan Camping can be booked for these vehicles.</p>

<p><strong>INFORMATION:</strong> The Blue Camp has a limited number of pitches and its exclusive location is not far from the merchants&#39; mile, the Fairopolis stage and the bathing beach.</p>

<h2>CAR CAMPING (except BLUE CAMP).</h2>

<p>Car Camping parking tickets allow access to the camping area with a motorcycle or motor vehicle up to a maximum of 2.8 tons gross vehicle weight (except Blue Camp). It should also be noted that a length of 5.5 m is not exceeded. Our briefing staff will be on site to make sure that the space is used in the best way possible</p>

<p>Not allowed: Trailers, caravans, coaches, trucks. - Caravan Camping can be booked for these vehicles.</p>

<p><strong>INFORMATION:</strong> On Caravan Camping areas it is possible to camp mixed with Car Camping (except Blue Camp). It is also possible to set up tents or pavilions there.</p>

<h2>CARAVAN CAMPING</h2>

<p>Caravan Camping tickets allow access with a motor vehicle or motor vehicle with a trailer (caravan) with a maximum weight of 3.5 tons and a maximum length of 8 meters. Only access to designated caravan camping areas is permitted.</p>

<p>Permitted: Trailers with associated towing cars, motor homes, caravans with associated towing cars, folding trailers with associated towing cars, and car buses with built-in sleeping accommodations.</p>

<p>Please note that there is no water or electricity supply on the caravan site.</p>

<p>For vehicles with a permissible total weight of more than 3.5 t and/or a length of more than 8 m, advance notification via e-mail to <a href="mailto:info@full-force.de">info@full-force.de</a> is required!</p>

<p><strong>INFORMATION:</strong> On Caravan Camping areas it is possible to camp mixed with Car Camping (except Blue Camp). Here it is also possible to set up tents or pavilions.</p>

<p><strong>Please note:</strong> If you want to stay together with your friends on the campsites, please agree beforehand with which vehicles you will arrive and which campsite is the right one for you and your vehicle. Driving on the campsites is only allowed once for the arrival, a change of parking during the festival is not possible. When leaving the camping area the parking vignette loses its validity.</p>

<p><strong>IMPORTANT:</strong> When parking on the campgrounds and using (emergency) generators, make sure that exhaust pipes are directed to the paths and not to your tent or crowds of people. Our stewards on site will also remind you of this and may take action to ensure that this is enforced.</p>

<p><strong>Failure to comply with this requirement may result in expulsion from the festival and campgrounds.</strong></p>

GLAMPING - FULL FORCE VALLEY

<p>Festivals mean community and ecstasy. The current crises show us once again how important cohesion in our society and climate protection are. Promoting both at our campsite is therefore particularly important to us. &nbsp;</p>

<p>In the Green Community Camp we want to prove that a considerate treatment of nature goes hand in hand with a strong community. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>We at <strong>FULL FORCE</strong> see the <strong>GREEN COMMUNITY CAMP</strong> as an experimental area for social and ecological approaches that serve a lighthouse function. Ideas and measures that we implement there can already be found next year on the entire campsite.</p>

<p><strong>WHAT MAKES THE GREEN COMMUNITY CAMP SO UNIQUE?</strong></p>

<h2>GREEN</h2>

<p>How climate-friendly can your festival stay be and how can we support you? What awaits you:&nbsp;</p>

<ol>
	<li>You travel climate-friendly by bus or train? We will reward you with a welcome drink at the check-in.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>You come by bike? We&#39;ll give you the Service Flat (more information to follow). With it you can use our sanitary facilities and shuttle buses free of charge. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
	<li>In addition, our partner:in carbon connect will compensate the CO2 emissions of your arrival and departure.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Important: There will be no parking spaces for GREEN COMMUNITY campers this year.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>We will save food together and offer you the possibility of an exchange stand (foodsharing) for leftover food and drinks.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Together we want to make it: We separate waste and try to reduce the residual waste rate to less than 10-15%. &nbsp;</li>
	<li>Experiment: We try for the first time to recycle organic waste directly in Ferropolis. Use the brown garbage cans and we will build a compost in our production areas. There your garbage becomes fresh soil. &nbsp;</li>
	<li>Use the solar energy to charge your (cell phone) batteries.</li>

<h2>COMMUNITY&nbsp;</h2>

<p>This year for the first time you have the chance to apply for the GREEN COMMUNITY CAMP with your own community idea. There are no limits to your imagination: Theme parties, karaoke, tarot card reading, speed dating, beer pong tournament - any idea is welcome! &nbsp;The important thing is that the idea should promote community and be in line with our GREEN COMMUNITY CAMP guidelines.&nbsp;</p>

<p>We will select the best ideas and implement them together with you at the GREEN COMMUNITY CAMP. The GREEN COMMUNITY CAMP is located in the middle of the campsite and guarantees you a central camping spot for the weekend. Besides the integration of your own idea in the program, you have the chance to win tickets for you and your crew for the FULL FORCE 2024.&nbsp;</p>

<p>So what do you have to do: Submit your idea in the registration form until 09.06.2023.</p>

<p>The ideas should promote the community and be in line with our GREEN COMMUNITY CAMP guidelines. We will select the best ideas and work with you to implement them. The GREEN COMMUNITY CAMP will have its own timetable, on which you and your crew will be presented.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Among all implemented ideas we will raffle tickets for the FULL FORCE 2024 for you and your crew.</p>

	<li>You separate your waste and dispose of it in the designated waste containers for cardboard, plastic, metal, residual waste, organic waste and butts.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Take away&nbsp;</li>
	<li>After the festival you take everything you brought home with you.</li>

<p>Why do we want to know your age? Some give-aways, which we distribute as a welcome, may only be given to adults. With the inquiry we secure ourselves in addition. &nbsp;</p>

<p>If you would like to participate in the community (optional), please also submit your ideas for the community via the form. The ideas should promote the community and be in accordance with our GREEN COMMUNITY CAMP rules. We will select the best ideas and start to implement them together with you.</p>

<h2>LOCATION</h2>

<p>The GREEN COMMUNITY CAMP is centrally located on the campsite next to the <strong>FAIRopolis</strong> area. After the check in at the ribbon exchange you will find the entrance directly behind the small forest. The area is surrounded and marked separately. <h2>CHECK-IN</h2>

<p>On site you can check in at our reception. Show your registration confirmation here on your cell phone - please do not print it out. Don&#39;t worry if that doesn&#39;t work: your name will also be added to our list. Our GREEN CHAMPS will help you to find a suitable place..</p>

<h2>ON-SITE</h2>

<p>The less luggage, the easier the journey by bus and train or bicycle. We recommend you to use the service of <a href="http://www.mein-zelt-steht-schon.d">Mein Zelt steht schon</a> and to rent the camping equipment on site. If you do this, please inform us in the registration form. We will then pass the information on to <a href="http://www.mein-zelt-steht-schon.d">Mein Zelt steht schon</a>. <p>For organizational reasons we are not able to reserve spots for groups. Please arrive in time to find a suitable spot as a group. &nbsp;</p>

<p>Ferropolis is centrally located between Berlin and Leipzig, about 20km away from Dessau in Saxony-Anhalt. The peninsula is easily accessible via Gr&auml;fenhainichen train station by train from Berlin via Lutherstadt Wittenberg or directly from Leipzig. From Gr&auml;fenhainichen shuttle buses run at regular intervals to Ferropolis.</p>

<h2>ARRIVAL BY TRAIN</h2>

<p>Please be aware that there might be traffic jams and delays during the peak times of arrival and departure. So please plan enough time/buffer between the bus and train rides.</p>

<p>Between Gr&auml;fenhainichen train station and the FULL FORCE, all guests can use shuttle buses free of charge. These run in time with the arriving trains, so that all passengers can change directly from the train to a bus to get to the FULL FORCE. However, there may be a short waiting time of about 10 minutes.</p>

<p>In addition, there will be further shuttle buses between the camping site and the festival area. These can be used by booking a service flatrate (more information will follow soon).</p>

<h1>Sustainability at the Full Force Festival - Our Self-Image</h1>

<p>With the <strong>FULL FORCE Festival</strong>, we want to create special moments and bring people together, while showing attitude and taking responsibility. Our vision is to create experiences that change the world in a positive and sustainable way.</p>

<p>In delivering live experiences, we work in a resource-intensive field that impacts the environment and people. Music and culture, on the other hand, are vital - they empower us and can be a voice for an entire movement. Keeping our ecological footprint as small as possible while promoting social aspects of sustainability is a central concern of the <strong>FULL FORCE Crew.</strong></p>

<p>With our FAIRopolis Area right next to the Green Camp, we have also created a place in 2019 where we would like to raise even more awareness for various sustainability topics and give NGOs and initiatives a platform.</p>

<h2>WHAT WE ALREADY DO&nbsp; &nbsp;</h2>

<p><strong>The Green Euro</strong></p>

<p>With the purchase of a ticket for the <strong>FULL FORCE 2023</strong> you support sustainability measures in the amount of 1&euro;. The <strong>FULL FORCE crew</strong> doubles this euro again. Half of the resulting budget will go towards the development of green/sustainable infrastructures on the festival grounds. The second half is donated to an NGO or initiative that <strong>FULL FORCE</strong> chooses each year. We will make transparent how we spent the money here in the aftermath of the festival.</p>

<p><strong>Climate compensation</strong><br />
All sold Green Tickets of the <strong>FULL FORCE Festival 2022</strong> have compensated a total of 400 tons of CO2-eq - that&#39;s a great achievement you have contributed to. Thank you very much! Also in 2023 we want to work on our ecological footprint and will balance it again.</p>

<h3>Gender equality and diversity</h3>

<p>We live and breathe diversity and celebrate diversity in all its facets. We believe in the different strengths that a diverse team brings together. Only together and by treating each other with respect can we realize our vision of an open, discrimination-free space.</p>

<p>Together with our employees, we create a working atmosphere in which we act independently of personal attributes such as age, sexuality, gender identification, origin, appearance and religion. That is why non-discriminatory language is important to us. All employees use an internal guideline for this purpose.</p>

<p>At our events, we also work continuously to break down barriers that often occur at festivals and other live events. The availability of gender-neutral toilets since 2022 is just one small, but in our eyes important example.</p>

<p>We recognize that there is still much to be done to make the music industry a truly inclusive place, and we are ready to do our part. We look forward to seeing and hearing more diversity on our stage in the years to come, and we invite all festival-goers to help us achieve that goal.</p>

	<li>Retreats are also important for our on-site crews in the overwhelming daily festival routine. For this purpose, we have set up Feelgood Areas in 2022.</li>

<p>The <strong>FULL FORCE</strong> is for everyone! For many years, we have been implementing an on-site accessibility concept in cooperation with <a href="http://kulth-ev.jimdofree.com/">KulTh e.V. / Barrierefreies Festival</a>. This includes audience stands, access routes and toilets for people with walking disabilities as well as a barrier-free camping offer. More information will be available soon under this link.<br />
Cooperation with NGOs and initiatives</p>

<p>The cooperation with various NGOs has been an integral part of the concept of the <strong>FULL FORCE Festival</strong> for many years.</p>

	<li>In our <strong>FAIRopolis-Area</strong> we focus on infotainment &amp; environmental education: Here, numerous NGOs and initiatives present themselves. Find out more about this area here.</li>
	<li>Through guest list contributions and residual amounts, we have been able to support numerous initiatives and NGOs with donations in recent years. In 2022, we were able to distribute over 10,000 &euro; to regional and national initiatives with the <strong>FULL FORCE</strong>.</li>

<h2>HOW YOU CAN HELP!</h2>

	<li>Travel by train or bus.</li>
	<li>If you are traveling by car, carpool - it&#39;s better for the environment, saves money and is more fun.</li>
	<li>Buy camping equipment that you plan to use for a long time and take all of your equipment back home with you.</li>
	<li>Use the trash bags provided and bring your trash to the drop-off stations at the end of the festival.</li>
	<li>Respect our lake and the living creatures in it: do not use shampoo or shower gel when bathing in the lake, and only apply sunscreen after swimming.</li>
	<li>Wild peeing harms the soil, plants and animals - please use the fixed and portable toilets on site.</li>
	<li>Try our dry composting toilets.</li>
	<li>Join us for Meatfree-Friday or abstain from meat altogether during the festival weekend.</li>
	<li>In general, only buy as much food and drinks for the campsite as you can consume. Keep in mind that there are many delicious food and beverage options both on the festival grounds and at the campground.</li>
	<li>Conserve water and keep shower time short.</li>
	<li>Refrain from using disposable tableware.</li>

SUSTAINABILITY

<p><strong>Children up to 12 years of age are NOT admitted to the festival grounds.</strong><br />

Adolescents up to 16 years of age are only admitted if accompanied by a guardian or legal guardian.<br />
Adolescents aged 16 and over may enter the open-air event until midnight without being accompanied by a person with parental authority or legal guardian.<br />

<p>If you want to park your car on our central Parking ground you will need a <strong>Parking Ticket</strong>.</p>

<p>Parking Tickets will be available a few weeks prior to the festival at: <a href="https://full-force.de/tickets" style="color:blue; text-decoration:underline" target="_blank">https://full-force.de/tickets</a>. Alternatively you can purchase them on site. Parking Tickets can be acquired for 1, 2 or 3 days.</p>

<p>If you want to park your car next to your tent or if you have an RV you will need a <a href="https://full-force.de/tickets" style="color:blue; text-decoration:underline" target="_blank">Car/Caravan Camping Ticket</a>. Size and Length of your Vehicle will decide whether you need a Car or Caravan Camping Ticket.</p>

<p>ATTENTION: Decisive will be the numbers in your vehicle registration document.</p>

<p><strong>Car Camping (except Blue Camp)&nbsp;</strong><br />
1x Vehicle up to 2,8t and 5,5m Length. Eligible for parking on the camping ground, also Caravan Camp. Not for Blue Camp.</p>

<p><strong>Car Camping Blue Camp&nbsp;</strong><br />
1x Vehicle up to 2,8t and 5,5m Length. Eligible for parking at Blue Camp which is located directly at the shopping lane and the path to the festival ground.</p>

<p><strong>Caravan Camping&nbsp;</strong><br />
1x Vehicle or Trailer up to 3,5t and 8m Length. Eligible for parking exclusively at Caravan Camp.&nbsp;</p>

<h2><strong>ARE </strong><strong><span style="color:#e74c3c">CAR/CARAVAN CAMPING TICKETS</span> LIMITED PER PERSON OR PER VEHICLE?</strong></h2>

<p>Car and Caravan Camping Tickets are limited per Vehicle. If you are a group of 4 People who share one Vehicle at the camping ground, you should hold 4x Weekend Tickets and 1x Car Camping Ticket.</p>

<h2><strong>CAN I GET <span style="color:#e74c3c">ACCESS TO POWER/WATER</span> FOR MY CARAVAN?</strong></h2>

<p>No we cannot supply power or water for your Caravan. Running water will be available at the water fountains and sanitary facilities.</p>

<h2><strong>CAN I <span style="color:#e74c3c">LEAVE THE CAMPING GROUND</span> WITH MY VEHICLE ANY TIME?</strong></h2>

<p>Basically, you can leave the camping ground anytime. Although entering and leaving the Car Camping Grounds is only possible once. Leaving the camping grounds with your vehicle will revoke your Car Camping Ticket Validity. The same rules apply to Caravan Camping.</p>

<h2><strong><span style="color:#e74c3c">WHAT ITEMS CAN I BRING</span> AND WHAT CAN I NOT BRING?&nbsp;</strong></h2>

<h2><strong>WHAT <span style="color:#e74c3c">BEVERAGE CONTAINERS </span>AM I ALLOWED TO BRING?</strong></h2>

<p>Glass containers are strictly prohibited on festival and camping grounds. You can only bring nonalcoholic beverages in 1,5l Tetra Pak containers or foldable drinking bottles to the festival grounds. Drinking water is available at the water fountains free of charge.</p>

<h2><strong>IS IT ALLOWED TO HAVE A <span style="color:#e74c3c">BARBECUE</span>?</strong></h2>

<p>Having a barbecue is only allowed on the camping grounds and only in designated containers. Bonfires are prohibited because of fire protection requirements. Depending on dry weather situations it can happen that we must prohibit barbecues temporarily to ensure no fires will break out.</p>

<p>Glass containers are strictly prohibited on festival and camping grounds. Except for certified built in Gas Installations in Caravans and Trailers. Also camping gas-cartridges up to 500g. Charcoal is allowed on the camping grounds and can be used for grilling. Please consider other festival guests in terms of smoke exposure though.</p>

<p>Should there be acute fire hazard please follow the instructions of our Staff.</p>

<h2><strong>WHO SHOULD I TALK TO IN <span style="color:#e74c3c">CASE OF EMERGENCY</span>?&nbsp;</strong></h2>

<p>Depending on what kind of emergency you can usually talk to our Festival staff, especially our security staff. Security staff is also in contact with our <a href="https://full-force.de/info/awareness#1" style="color:blue; text-decoration:underline" target="_blank">Awareness-Team</a> and will consult them if desired or necessary. The <a href="https://full-force.de/info/awareness#1" style="color:blue; text-decoration:underline" target="_blank">Awareness-Team</a> which is identifiable by the pink wests will be at your side in case you experience limit exceeding behavior or feel uncomfortable. In addition you can also speak to all attending Police forces. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<h2><strong>WILL THERE BE <span style="color:#e74c3c">LOCKERS</span>?&nbsp;</strong></h2>

<p>Yes. You will have the option to store your valuables in different sized Lockers at the entrance of the festival grounds. Every locker also has a power outlet with 15W or 90W. Please secure your personal locker prior to the festival at <a href="https://safeboxen.de/veranstaltungen/full-force-festival-safebox-schliessfach-fuer-diesen-event-online-buchen" style="color:blue; text-decoration:underline" target="_blank">SafeBOXen.de</a>.</p>

<h2><strong>WHERE CAN I <span style="color:#e74c3c">CHARGE MY PHONE</span>?&nbsp;</strong></h2>

<p>You can charge your phone with Powerbanks sponsored by <a href="https://openairs.heychimpy.com/pages/full-force" style="color:blue; text-decoration:underline" target="_blank">Chimpy</a> (Availabe at the shopping lane) or store and charge them at the lockers at the entrance to the festival grounds.</p>

<h2><strong>WILL THERE BE FREE <span style="color:#e74c3c">BUS SHUTTLES</span> FROM THE TRAIN STATION?</strong></h2>

<p>Yes. We will provide Bus Shuttles from the train Station in Gr&auml;fenhainichen free of charge. We will announce a timetable for the busses promptly.<br />
The shuttles between festival ground and camping ground will not be free of charge.<br />
A shuttle-flat will be available at <a href="https://full-force.de/tickets" style="color:blue; text-decoration:underline" target="_blank">https://full-force.de/tickets</a> a few weeks prior to the festival.</p>

<h2><strong>WILL THERE BE A <span style="color:#e74c3c">LOST AND FOUND</span>?&nbsp;</strong></h2>

<p>While the festival takes place we will have a lost and found at the Helpdesk and Infopoints on the Festival ground. After the festival we will bring all valuables to the lost and found Gr&auml;fenhainichen (034953-35740, Markt 1, 06773 Gr&auml;fenhainichen) and all non personalized items (Clothes etc.) will be stored in Ferropolis (Tel. 034953 35125)</p>

<h2><strong><span style="color:#e74c3c">CAN I PLAY AT FULL FORCE</span> WITH MY BAND?</strong></h2>

<p>We get loads of inquiries from Bands every week so unfortunately, we are unable to process all these requests. The best way to play at FULL FORCE Festival is to play at lots of well attended Concerts and build up a loyal Fanbase. That way you will receive our attention and we will contact you.</p>
